Premium Angus Beef 

From OUR farm to YOUR freezer

Angus beef raised on our family farm in central Wisconsin and processed at local Wisconsin state inspected meat processors. Available as halves or mixed quarters - cut, wrapped and frozen to your specifications.


We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve your beef and processing date.

Halves: $3.50/lb on hanging weight plus processing.

Mixed Quarters (split sides): $3.75/lb on hanging weight plus processing.

*processing costs vary depending on processor but average $0.66-$0.75 per pound. This includes butchering, cutting, wrapping & freezing. 


Hanging weight (dressed weight) will vary but halves normally run in range of 350-425 lbs.  Mixed quarters will run 175-215 lbs. There is trim loss of bone and fat of approximately 20% depending on how you have the meat cut. The meat you receive will not equal the hanging weight.
