Corn-fed Angus beef raised on our family farm in central Wisconsin and processed at local Wisconsin state inspected meat processors. Available as halves or mixed quarters - cut, wrapped and frozen to your specifications.

PRICING

Halves: $3.95/lb on hanging weight plus processing*.

Mixed Quarters (split sides): $4.25/lb on hanging weight plus processing.

$100 Angus Beef bundle: includes 2 steaks, a beef roast & 10 lbs ground beef. 

Ground Beef: $5.50/lb


*processing costs vary depending on processor but average $0.79-$0.96 per pound. This includes butchering, cutting, wrapping & freezing. 

GENERAL INFO

Hanging weight (dressed weight) will vary but halves normally run in range of 350-425 lbs.  Mixed quarters will run 175-215 lbs. There is trim loss of bone and fat of approximately 20% depending on how you have the meat cut. The meat you receive will not equal the hanging weight.
